01
Where does my money go?
Your gift goes directly to the person or event featured on the campaign page. Each campaign page shows who the beneficiary is, the funding goal, and how much has been raised so far.
02
Is my gift tax-deductible?
No. Because gifts go directly to individuals and events rather than a registered charity, they are not tax-deductible. If you have questions about your own taxes, we recommend asking a tax professional.
03
How are causes chosen?
WKRP Montrose reviews every project before it is listed, so funds meet a concrete local need. We feature causes we have talked to on the show, and WKRP contributes its own money to each campaign
04
Can my business sponsor a cause?
Yes. Businesses can sponsor a specific campaign at the Lead Underwriter, Community Champion or Supporting Partner level, with recognition on the show and on this page. Sponsorship is always voluntary, and you can skip any campaign and join a future one. Use the "Become a Business Sponsor" button to get started.
05
How can I follow a campaign’s progress?
Each campaign page shows the amount raised against the goal. We’ll also share updates on the show and in our newsletter, including how the funds were used.
